Bryan Lienesch | 87 | - It's a mind-melting horror show, and might've been darn near perfect had it been about 30 minutes shorter. |
Sir M Hayes XIV | 85 | - really awesome. Jack is perfect. The only thing I don't like about this is his wife, that actress or performance... ugh |

Jeremy M | 80 | - I enjoyed it for what it was, but the book is a hundred times better. Most people know that I'm a shameless Stephen King fan and I love almost everything that he's ever written. King has mentioned time and time again that dealing with Kubrick was a huge pain in the ass during this movie because the guy was so pretentious about questioning King's work. Kubrick being rude as shit and hard to work with is what lead King to approach his own adaption of the book via The Shining mini-series that came out a long time ago. |
Brandon H | 70 | - Jack's acting saved it for me. It got overly long and classically Kubrickian, which I can take or leave |
